Self Care…

Finally, a personal post! Something new and something refreshing!

As a business owner, our schedules are wonky and we have to remember to take care of ourselves. As one of our favorite tv shows states, “treat yo self”. So, I took that advice, I implemented it into my life and I want to share! Listed below, you will find 5 of my favorite items that I use to treat myself and the links to get them on Amazon!

  1. Blueberry Pancake Essential Oil

Okay okay… so first off, I’m not a super essential oils person. I like to have lavender on sometimes when I sleep, I like to have lemon going throughout a spring day and I put on eucalyptus when I am congested. Recently though, I found this SUPER cheap and quite possibly the closest thing to smelling heaven of an oil. One of my favorite scents is blueberry and this blueberry pancake essential oils immediately went on my Amazon wish list and thankfully my brother bought it for me for Christmas. Let me tell you guys, I have this going on 24/7 and boy oh boy is it potent! Two drops and it keeps the house smelling for hours and hours and I would be lying if I said it doesn’t make me hungry because it does! Click —> HERE <— to snag yours!

2. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel

For those who have the mix of dry and oily facial skin, this product is for you! I use this EVERY day after I shower and it’s the perfect example of refreshing and clean. I cannot go without it. I will say, the packaging is very similar to the regular gel so make sure you get the water gel! Along with it being refreshing and clean, it makes me feel like I’m taking care of my skin and its keeping me young! Click —> HERE <— to get some!

3. A Latex Pillow

Let’s talk about comfort, this bad boy! I’ve had my latex pillow for a really long time and it still holds up! It’s not your normal pillow and its not a memory foam pillow, its an in-between-er. Its bouncy and breathable. If it says anything, I hate it when I sleep without it at hotels for work & such and my husband tries to steal it for himself. Although they are a bit pricey for a pillow, I promise the price is worth the purchase. Click —> HERE <— to check it out!

4. Mary Kay Charcoal Mask

If you haven’t seen the trend yet, I love clean, refreshing things and its the same for this product! The charcoal mask from Mary Kay is not sticky or hurt yourself to pull it off. It’s light, creamy and a product I use every 2-3 days to cleanse my face. I apply it with a brush for control and spreading evenly but you can do it with your fingers as well. Either way, this is the perfect pamper yourself treatment and if it helps, you can talk a selfie to prove it. Click —> HERE <— to check it out!

5. Marula Oil Mask

Last but not least is this hair wonder! For those who think I have great hair, I owe it all to this and my hair dresser Brandy. I straighten my hair all the time and have been for years. With this, comes super dry and split ends. Insert the Marula Oil Mask. I apply this to my ends once a week in the shower, after I wash my hair and let it soak for around 5-10 minutes. I don’t apply too much because a little goes a long way but, its definitely a game changer and just like the pillow, the price is worth the purchase! This product has lasted me over a year and it truly has helped my hair. Before the mask, I had frizzy and dry hair and now, its much silkier and overall healthier. I 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone! Click —> HERE <— for more info!
